My number one goal for this trip to Scotland was to get a good image of this iconic scene of buachille etive mor on Rannoch Moor. This was my first morning to try and it was not only raining, but the wind was blowing hard from the direction of the mountain directly towards the camera. I tried for more than an hour to get an image, but I couldn't even compose without getting the lens completely wet. This was about the only frame I managed to capture without too much water on the lens. I was soaked and it was time to go back to the youth hostel to dry out. |
