We met a couple of close friends from our days in Albania at Brecon Cathedral in Wales. I was more interested in catching up with friends we hadn't seen in years than in taking photos so I only took a few. The ceiling grabbed my attention with its fractal patterns. I was told that it was previously covered in gold but I think the patterns of the actual stone work must be even more beautiful. |
